Book with Agent

[Instructions: Once you create your form, place it in this post. Accomplish this by clicking on “Insert Form Maker” button in toolbar (located above) and select your form. It will place code in this post to call on the post. Title this post as desired.

Instructions to create your form:
-Hover on “Form Maker” in Dashboard menu and select “Manager“.
-Click on “+Add New” button.
-Enter title. Example: “Book Travel with [YOUR NAME]“.
-Click on “+Add a New Field“.
-Create all appropriate fields.
-Make sure to include Name, Address, E-Mail and Phone fields. These are all located in “Text input” section. Click “Save” after creating each one.
-Add additional custom-made fields “Destination(s)” and “Expected Trip Date“.
-To create “Destination(s)” field, select “Text input” and write Destination(s) in “Field label“. Hit “Save” button.
-To create “Expected Trip Date” field, select “Time and Date” and choose “Date range” button at top. Write Expected Trip Date in “Field label” field. Hit “Save” button.
-The last field placed must be the “Submit” button so users can submit the form. To create the “Submit” button, select “Button” and choose “Submit and Reset“. Hit “Save“.
-You are allowed 7 fields. Make them count!
-Click on “Form Options” button (located top-right). Click on “Email options” tab. Enter your email address in “Email to send submissions to” field. Enter an appropriate subject line in “Subject:” field. Submitted form emails may populate in your spam folder, so adjust your email account settings to allow this email into your inbox.
-Hit “Save” button.
-Follow instructions above to insert the form into this post.]

-Enter your name, phone number and email address in first column (located top-left).
-For your profile picture, make sure it is 200 pixels wide and replace the blank profile picture there now (located to left) using the “Add Media” button (located above).
-Add your travel expertise to the Expertise section (located left-bottom).
-Enter your profile info text here (in this section).
-Link “Plan a Trip” button (located below) to your blog’s form post URL using insert/edit button in toolbar.
-Enter your name in 3rd column title, Read [YOUR NAME]’s Travel Blog (located top-right).
-Link your blog homepage to “View All Posts” link (located to right-bottom).
-Make sure to delete all instructional notes found in this post.
-In Publish section (located on right-side of this edit page) click on “Edit” next to Visibility and select “Stick this post to the front page” so your profile will be the top post of your travel blog site. Hit “Ok“.
-Hit Publish button to publish this post. ]
